Ok, as a reminder to myself...to rebuild the image at a higher resolution. The reason it's so small for now it's because of the deadline and the rules specified a size (it's slightly blown up here) I will prob later put up some WIP's of it cause I went back and forth so many times, tweaking here and there..it's crazy..my desktop now looks like it was ravaged by a digital Tasmanian devil.
This image is for a contest at a horse-rpg The Fifth Element
The objective is to illustrate at least one elemental horse and have the lettering. Basically what I set out to do was try to exhibit the elements in different manners rather then in the usual ways we may have seen lately. The horse on the front, Fire. The horse on the back, Air. I know I've been awfully busy but I think all my dues have been paid now for all my laziness.
I think now that I have plans to re-do the piece in a high resolution I might dedicate it towards a series for each element.
Time taken: about 2 days of work. 1st day was partly cutting, stock collecting, tutorial seeking. Brainstorming..before I began the image towards the end of the day.
Pure Photoshop.
Thanks for all the great stock out there, if it weren't for you guys, this would not have been possible!! hehe
